Returns & Exchanges:

We want every pup to love their gear—but if something's not quite right, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. If your request is approved, items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Returns postmarked after the 14-day window are not eligible.

Items must be unused, hair-free, and in their original packaging. Custom, or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return or exchange, email jtw@jasperandcodogshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Instructions for shipping the item back will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is returned and approved.
