Jasper & Co Dog Shop is a Missouri-based small business that designs and handcrafts durable, outdoor-ready dog gear. Our products are sold exclusively through our Site and other official sales channels.

Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud or product unavailability. Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments, PayPal, or other available methods.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping rates, carriers, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier marks them as delivered. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must follow our Return & Exchange Policy. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective. This policy does not affect your rights under Missouri law, including protections under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act.

Our products are designed for dogs, but no product is indestructible. Pet owners are responsible for proper fit, regular inspection, and safe use. Jasper & Co Dog Shop is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss from misuse or neglect.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Jasper & Co Dog Shop, we want you and your dog to love your gear. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, hair-free, and in their original packaging. Custom, or personalized, items are non-refundable unless defective.
To initiate a return or exchange, email jtw@jasperandcodogshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Instructions for shipping the item back will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is returned and approved.
If an item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. This policy does not affect your rights under Missouri law, including protections under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act.
